The Blue Seas Courtyards is for registered guests only. 

All rooms are non-smoking.  Sorry, no pets of any kind.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  Reservations are only confirmed with a 25% advance deposit.  Cancellations require written notice within the 45 days of confirmed arrival date.  Cancellations
within the 45 day period will not be refunded for any reason.  All cancellations are charged a $25 fee. 
Guests are responsible for the night they have booked.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Parking: There is one parking space per room.

Rates include:  Daily maid service (except Sunday & major holidays), utilities, heat and air conditioning, heated pool, telephone, cable television, wireless internet, kitchen facilities, beautiful tropical courtyard and excellent location.

Special Requests:  Although we attempt to accommodate any and all special requests, sometimes we cannot guarantee room locations, bed types or specific room numbers.
