Covid 19 Guidelines

Check-in:

All guests will be required to wear a mask before entering the office for check-in.

No more than one guest at a time are to enter the office.  If someone is in the office, please wait outside until they are finished with their business before entering.

All guests will have to sign a waiver at check in acknowledging that the risk of COVID-19 is still relevant and the risk of exposure remains during travel and hotel stays regardless of precautions.

Resort is for registered guests only.  Sorry no visitors allowed.

 

Main/Social Areas:

All guests are required to wear masks and practice physical distancing 6 feet apart in the common areas such as the pool, courtyard, entrances and amenity areas.  Please find hand sanitizing stations located at each main courtyard gate entrance.

Pool:

Only a maximum of 6 persons at a time allowed in pool on a first come first serve basis.  No floats or toys in the pools.  Please wipe down lounge chairs after use.  There are cleaning stations with supplies located throughout the pool area.

Beaches:

Beaches are open with social distancing.

Housekeeping and Cleaning Procedures:

We are removing high touch items from our rooms to eliminate the chance of surface contamination.  We are using CDC approved cleaning products in our rooms and in all high touch surfaces.  Freshly laundered bedspreads are provided for all new guests.  At this time we are not offering daily maid service.  However, we will provide daily fresh towels and trash removal.

Guest Services:

Friendly customer service has always been the hallmark of our guests' Hacienda experience.  Sadly during this pandemic we must cover our welcoming smiles with protective masks and limit personal contact whenever possible.  However, please know all your needs will be met by our caring Staff.
