PLEASE NOTE: There are no hidden resort fees or additional charges of any kind at the Hacienda.
Guests simply pay room rate and state and local tax.

AFTER HOURS CHECK IN? NO PROBLEM! If our office is closed upon your arrival you will find an envelope on the office door with your name on it. Inside will be a note with directions to your open room and room key information.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION; Reservation rates and room types are based on a per person basis (including children). ANY GUEST SHOWING UP WITH MORE IN THEIR PARTY THAN SPECIFIED OR UNDER ANY FALSE PRETENSES WILL FORFEIT THEIR RESERVATION AND THE ENTIRE COST OF THEIR STAY. FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OUR REGISTERED GUESTS UNREGISTERED VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED USE OF THE RESORT PROPERTY, AMENITIES, OR PARKING.
General Policies
The Blue Seas Courtyard is an exclusive property where every guests reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation please read the following cancellation policy.
If you shorten the agreed-to length of stay after the required cancellation notice period or in case of early departure or last minute cancellation guests are responsible for payment in full for the original reservation and any refund is solely at the discretion of Management.
Payment in full required upon check-in for the entire reserved length of stay.
Prices do not include 13% state/local tax.
Check-in 2 PM Check-out 11 AM.
Late Arrival? No problem. We will leave a note for you on the office door directing you to your room.
Early check-in or late Check-out? No problem. Our complimentary Guest Courtesy Room is available from 9 am until 2:45 pm daily!
Deposit and Cancellation Policy;
Reservations are only confirmed with a 35% advance deposit.
Holiday weekend reservations and single night reservations require payment in full at time of reservations - no refunds thereafter.
Weekend only reservations require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations require 30 days written notice from November 1 to April 30 and 7 days written notice from May 1 to October 31. (Please note: For guests cancelling long-stay reservations 30 nights or longer we require 45 days notice of cancellation). All cancellations are charged a minimum processing fee of $25 up to a maximum fee of $100.

Parking; There is one complimentary parking space
per room.

No-smoking Policy; To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, the Blue Seas Courtyard is a smoke-free facility. We do allow smoking outside in the garden area of #9. If you wish to smoke on the property please reserve this room. This policy applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor-cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all others. If we have reason to believe that smoking has occurred where it is prohibited the guests may be charged a non-refundable $250 fee without notice and will be given one warning not to smoke in the prohibited areas. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke or smell.
Special Requests; Although we attempt to accommodate any and all special requests we cannot guarantee special room location.
Rates include; Daily maid service, except Sunday and major holidays, utilities, linens, air conditioning, heated pool, telephone, cable TV, wireless internet, kitchen facilities, beautiful tropical main courtyard, and excellent beachside location.
