The Blue Seas Courtyard
The Hacienda features all the comforts of home like beautiful kitchens & baths, quality bedding and always...so fresh and clean! A recent guest commented that our beds were the best she had ever slept on away from home! All rooms are smoke-free, fully air conditioned and provide private baths and fully equipped kitchens. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN? NO PROBLEM! If our office is closed upon your arrival you will find an envelope on the office door with your name on it. Inside will be a note with directions to your open room and room key information.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION; Reservation rates and room types are based on a per person basis (including children). ANY GUEST SHOWING UP WITH MORE IN THEIR PARTY THAN SPECIFIED OR UNDER ANY FALSE PRETENSES WILL FORFEIT THEIR RESERVATION. The Blue Seas Courtyard is an exclusive property where every guests reservation is both important and special to us.
Check-in 2 PM Check-out 11 AM.
Late Arrival? No problem. We will leave an envelope for you on the front office door directing you to your room.
Early check-in or late Check-out? No problem. Guests may use our office to store luggage or use restroom facilities. Available from 9 am until 2:45 pm daily!
Parking; There is one complimentary parking space per room.
Sorry, no pets.
Payment in full required upon check-in for the entire reserved length of stay.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy;
Reservations are only confirmed with a
35% advance deposit.
* Holiday weekend reservations require payment in full at time of reservation.
* Weekend only bookings require 50% deposits.
* Single night reservations require payment in full at time of reservation.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation please read the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations require 30 days written notice from December 20 to April 15 and 14 days written notice from April 16 to December 19.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU MUST CANCEL AFTER THE REQUIRED NOTICE PERIOD OR ARE A NO-SHOW PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ANY DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF WE CAN RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM.
IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL DATE) GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THEIR ORIGINAL RESERVATION.
All cancellations are charged a minimum processing fee of $25 up to a maximum fee of $100.
No-smoking Policy; To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, the Blue Seas Courtyard is a smoke-free facility. We do allow smoking outside in the garden area of #9. If you wish to smoke on the property please reserve this room. This policy applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor-cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all others. If we have reason to believe that smoking has occurred where it is prohibited the guests may be charged a non-refundable $250 fee without notice and will be given one warning not to smoke in the prohibited areas. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke or smell.
